• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders placed on a business day are shipped the same day, and typically arrive within a few business days after dispatch.
• The shipping rate for your order is shown in your cart before you pay; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a shipping notification once your order is on the way.

30-day money-back guarantee

If PocketPump isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive the returned item; please allow a few business days for it to appear.
• Free digital bonus materials are non-refundable and yours to keep.

How to start a return

Email support@pocketpump.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we'll send return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
