These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pocketpump.shop (the "Site") and any purchases you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable shipping is shown in your cart before checkout, and taxes (if any) are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider, Whop. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for your order total.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated handling and delivery times are described on the Site and in our Refund & Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

Our return and refund process is described in our Refund & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Digital bonus materials

Eligible orders may include free digital materials delivered by email. These digital items are provided "as is," are for personal use only, and are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to PocketPump and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers

The product is intended for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, e-bikes, and sports/inflatable gear, and is not designed for heavy-duty or large truck tires. Always follow the included instructions. The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketPump will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PocketPump is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
